A PROFESSIONAL BEERTASTER!? OH WHAT!?
Yeah, I got him, I even talked to him. Wow... I look at myself as a minor leauge beer-taster so to talk to a mogul in the field pretty much blew my mind! I learned smoked gouda is a cheese and it goes well with a lightly roasted amber ale. Also apparently you can bbq a pizza? Who knew? Colin Jack sure knew. Oh yeah, and if you have light meat, have a light beer, or dark meat have a dark beer, its the same as wine. And if it's a really dark chocolate, you need a darker beer. Mmmm... I can't type anymore I need a beer...
