10 Minute Recipe for Monday

Fish Veracruz

Frozen unbreaded fish
chopped garlic
sliced bell peppers
a can of tomato sauce
salsa
cous cous or rice

Start cooking some rice or cous cous
Put all the ingredients in a covered skillet and simmer until the fish is cooked through
Serve on cous cous or rice

Dinner is served... and there's more time for a beer ;)
