Fitness bit

 If you're looking to stay active but hate running on the treadmill, let me suggest Squash!! 

I played a few times this week and I love it!  You seriously sweat like crazy in the first 5 mins.  Time just flies! 

I can already feel a difference with my cardio level and have more energy! 

Feels great! 

Try it out.....It's at the Fit Pit and it's awesome!
