Mystery Evolutionary
As the song goes, schools out for summer. Some of us have gone home to far way lands or maybe just the neighbours house. Others have summer jobs and are preparing for another year of education.
In the meantime, we've hired a few hinged birds, some chickens and a few monkeys to make sure the station runs over the summer. It will be a mess by the time we get back, but hey, that's what you get for hiring a bunch of animals.
You'll hear us again on the airwaves in September.
Where have we been? You may have wondered were everyone was? Well, that would be because at the station there has been pomp and circumstance playing with soldier like marching and flags waving. I think I even saw Tom Laird cry a little. It's time for us "newbies" to take the "reigns". and for the second years to say goodbye.... more>

Today's Recipe of the day
Eggs Carbonara
6 eggs
50ml Cream
25g Softened Butter
125g panfried pancetta
Parmesan Cheese
salt
pepper
buttered toast
Beat together eggs, cream and softened butter. Pour all that in a saucepan and cook over gentle heat. Stirring with a wooden spoon for a couple minutes. When eggs are still creamy and soft remove from heat and stir in the pancetta and the parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and serve on some hot, buttered toast.
Dinner is served...

Fish Veracruz
Frozen unbreaded fish
chopped garlic
sliced bell peppers
a can of tomato sauce
salsa
cous cous or rice
Start cooking some rice or cous cous
Put all the ingredients in a covered skillet and simmer until the fish is cooked through
Serve on cous cous or rice
Dinner is served... and there's more time for a beer ;)
